Luciano Grasso è nato a Roma, città in cui vive ed ha intrapreso gli studi e la professione nel campo dell’ automazione e dell’ informatica, che prosegue, parallelamente alla fotografia, fino ad oggi. Seguendo la sua forte passione e con il supporto di numerosi corsi di formazione e workshop di approfondimento e una lunga fase di sperimentazione, ha iniziato l’attività fotografica, che prosegue ormai da 18 anni. Luciano Grasso fotografa solo per passione, il resto non conta.
E’ particolarmente affascinato dalla luce e dallo studio della stessa, dalla sua interazione con le forme sia animate che inanimate. Si occupa a tutto campo di fotografia, dallo still life al ritratto, dal reportage alla fotografia d’arte, con particolare attenzione alla “Fine Art”.
Luciano Grasso, attento utilizzatore del “mosso artistico”, ne ha creato un suo stile, piu volte ripercorso nei suoi scatti di danza creativa e di Urban Street Photography.
Dal 2011 si avvicina al mondo della danza dove sperimenta nuove visioni dinamiche ed approcci fotografici inconsueti, in cui il movimento del soggetto e quello del fotografo si fondono a suggellare questa “altra” forma di poesia, appunto la Poesia Muta, che si recita con il corpo.

Luciano Grasso was born in Rome, where he lives. He works in the automation and computer field and at the same time he is keen on photography. Following his strong passion, with the support of numerous training courses and in-depth workshops, after a long period of experimentation, he started his photographic activity, which has been going on for 18 years. Luciano Grasso takes photos only for passion, nothing else.
He is especially fascinated by the light and its study, its interaction with the volumes and the shapes, both animate and inanimate. He deals with every kind of photography, from still life to portraits, from reportage to artistic photography, with a focus on “Fine Art”.
Luciano Grasso, careful user of the “artistic blur”, has created his own style, which can be often recognized in both his shots of creative dance and Urban Street Photography. Since 2011, approaching the dance world, he experiments with new dynamic visions and unusual photographic approaches, in which both the movements of the subject and the photographer merge together to fix another form of poetry, the Dumb Poetry, which is expressed with the body.
